Overview
The Learning & Development Advisor is a critical role for building our Business Tech and Operational capability by identifying, designing and delivering Learning Solutions.  
The role will lead and support knowledge transfer for all incoming transitions in the assigned business units of India Hub. 
This role will also support India Business units in driving their Learning Strategy, development framework and learning content, along with Head- Learning & Development

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Strategic Focus 
  • Support Business Unit Heads and their teams in their Learning Needs for their team and act as business partner  and the first point of contact for L&D enquiries from the business
  • Leverage Data for Impact: Monitor Learning Intervention success using data-driven metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve learning initiatives.
  • Manage our partnerships with third-party providers supporting our organisational development initiatives 
Operational Management 
Business Capability Building:
  • Lead the Learning Need Identification with business unit heads, designing and implementation of the learning solutions 
  • Ultimately design/develop/source technical learning programs aligned to identified needs and priorities. 
  • Oversee the collaboration with senior leaders to identify and address capability gaps
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop, embed and maintain leadership competency models
  • The role will also be accountable to manage the design, delivery and feedback of our technical / functional learning programs and to ensure training records are maintained in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Oversee the BU compliance learning program and online learning offers
  • Training requirement from business , design of  techno-functional trainings, commercials and training requisition  and delivery 
  • Support the planning and facilitation of a comprehensive learning needs analysis to include but not limited to Planning, Data Collection and Analysis, and Reporting
  • Collaborate with business to identify areas of improvement in technical skills and implement the right training intervention to close the gap.
  •  Maintain in-depth knowledge of developments in relevant areas (e.g. new technology, products and processes) for the assigned programs
  • Coordinate L&D requests, and direct them to the appropriate provider e.g. relevant L&D service area.
  • Be an L&D Ambassador supporting the promotion and engagement across L&D activities and initiatives.
  • Maintain learners’ engagement through social media / emails etc
  • Curate technology learning content
New-Hire Training Program:
  • Leading the efforts for building Business Unit Training modules – e-learning / classroom training 
  • Owning effectiveness of business training modules and designing assessment tools for knowledge transfer process
Governance & Risk 
  • Ensure key performance indicators are measured, analysed and accurately reported to stakeholders for incidents of all priorities.
  • Support MPMS compliance trainings and maintain adherence
e-learning 
  • Manage, track and evaluate the metrics and also the curation of e-learning pathway for sites such as LinkedIN Learning, MS ESI and others

Experience & Personal Attributes
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Extensive experience in learning and development, including the design and delivery of functional learning programs and leveraging LMS systems to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering results in dynamic environments.
  • Awareness of  managing knowledge transfer in transition projects and awareness of Tech domain.
  • High levels of self-awareness and adaptability, enabling strong relationships and effective collaboration in diverse, matrixed, and global environments, structures while maintaining consistency and alignment across regions.
