Job Description
To provide legal advice of a basic and standard nature to internal stakeholders; and interpret and implement business instructions utilising the relevant templates., To review and provide input into legal documentation in collaboration with other Legal team members.Mitigate risk through conducting the appropriate due diligence and provide support in respect of legal documentation in line with approved processes and policies.
Qualifications

Field of Study: Law
Required: Qualified Advocate in Tanzania

Legal: 2-4 years
- Proven experience in the provision of basic legal advice, preferably within the legal and/or financial sectors.
- Have a good understanding of relevant bank products and services and assist in structuring, negotiating and drafting legal agreements and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on the full contract lifecycle standardization of templates, review, drafting, and negotiation through to execution and renewal.
- Prepare and manage commercial agreements (e.g., commercial, leases, vendor contracts).
- Provide training to Business Units on legal documentation, developments and issues
