This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised marketing program professional to support the effective planning, coordination and governance of Payoneer’s global customer communications. 

The role will work closely with the Global Lifecycle Marketing team, regional marketing teams, Product, Operations and other stakeholders to coordinate ad hoc, tactical and operational communication requests. The role will focus on managing intake, timelines, stakeholder alignment, approvals, documentation and handover to the teams responsible for campaign execution. 

Responsible for: 

  • Coordinating the end-to-end process for ad hoc, tactical and operational customer communications across global and regional teams. 
  • Managing the intake of communication requests, ensuring that briefs are complete, required information is available and requests follow the agreed lifecycle marketing processes and governance. 
  • Maintaining the communications calendar and providing visibility into planned, active and upcoming customer communications. 
  • Supporting the prioritisation and scheduling of requests based on agreed business priorities, customer impact, timelines and team capacity. 
  • Coordinating with Lifecycle Marketing, regional marketing, product, legal, operations and execution teams to ensure that requirements, approvals, dependencies and timelines are clearly understood. 
  • Preparing complete and accurate briefs for handover to the teams responsible for campaign build, configuration and deployment. 
  • Tracking requests through each stage of the process, identifying delays, missing inputs or unresolved dependencies and escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders. 
  • Ensuring that customer communications follow established governance, segmentation, contact policies, naming conventions and documentation requirements. 
  • Maintaining trackers, process documentation, templates and status reporting to provide stakeholders with a clear view of progress, risks and outstanding actions. 
  • Coordinating campaign reviews and approvals, ensuring that feedback is consolidated and shared with the relevant teams in a timely manner. 
  • Supporting post-campaign reporting by gathering results, maintaining records of campaign performance and documenting relevant observations and learnings. 
  • Identifying recurring process gaps, inefficiencies and operational risks, and recommending practical improvements to strengthen the management of customer communications. 

You will bring: 

  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing program management, campaign coordination, lifecycle marketing operations or a related role. 
  • Strong organisational and program-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple requests, stakeholders, deadlines and dependencies. 
  • Experience managing marketing intake processes, campaign calendars, project trackers or cross-functional workflows. 
  • A clear understanding of the steps involved in planning and delivering customer communications, including briefing, targeting, approvals, execution handover and reporting. 
  • The ability to translate business requirements into clear, complete and actionable campaign briefs. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the discipline to maintain accurate documentation, trackers, timelines and status updates. 
  • Good stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the confidence to follow up on missing inputs, clarify responsibilities and escalate risks when required. 
  • The ability to work within established processes and governance while identifying practical opportunities for improvement. 
  • A structured and dependable working style, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment. 
  • Comfort working with data and campaign reporting to track performance and identify basic trends or operational insights. 
  • Working knowledge of lifecycle communication or customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Segment or similar tools; hands-on campaign building expertise is not required. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, operations, analytics, legal and creative services. mindset with a focus on actionable strategies at scale  

 

Not a must but a great advantage: 

  • Good understanding of the payments industry and its current evolution across the world 
  • Small Business understanding and experience
