Loan Servicing Coordinator
Consumers Credit Union is looking to hire a passionate Loan Servicing Coordinator to join our team. As a Loan Servicing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing superior member service, accurate and timely maintenance and processing post-production for the Credit Union’s servicing portfolio. This is an innovative and everchanging department that encourages ideas for improvement and automation from all team members. The ideal candidate is dedicated, focused, has strong attention to detail, embraces change and is a committed team player.
What you’ll be doing:
- Primarily responsible for:
- Obtain dealer GAP refunds for early loan payoffs
- Successor in Interest Requests
- SCRA Processing
- Internal processing requests
- Assist in other areas including:
- Assisting in GAP claim filing
- Handle phone calls from retail staff and members
- Fulfill requests for payoff letters
- Process lien termination statements
- Scan and Index documents into record retention system
- Meet or exceed all volume and quality goals.
- Assist in any area as directed by your leader
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Prior financial institution experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proven track record of process improvements
