Job Summary
Aprio is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Professional Practice Group and lead the governance, administration, and continuous improvement of critical operational processes and systems spanning multiple business units. In this role, you will own the day-to-day stewardship of platforms supporting intake, conflicts, client relationship management, risk, ethics, and vendor management while driving cross-functional initiatives that strengthen execution, control, and scalability across the firm. You will develop and enforce operational policies, manage legal and licensing workflows, and serve as a trusted resource to executive leadership on operational priorities and emerging risks.
