The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) Events leads the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of internal and client-facing learning events, training and leadership development programs, and firm meetings that support organizational development and team member growth. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality, logistically sound events aligned with firm goals and learning objectives. The Manager oversees event strategy, budget management, venue sourcing, vendor contacting, and continuous improvement of event processes to ensure measurable outcomes and strong ROI. This role also leads an event coordinator and drives consistent operational excellence across all event programming.
