The Role
Industry Growth and Account Management
- Develop deep understanding of industry-specific reward trends to facilitate broader client conversations
- Drive growth of industry survey database through upselling RDI products and cross-selling across practices
- Lead survey launch and result-sharing sessions with client and industry groups
- Serves as subject matter expert on RDI offering(s)
- Manages mid-sized multinational accounts and domestic TMOs
- Responsible for securing and renewing participation and orders from a large portfolio of assigned accounts
- Plan and deliver annual Data Services reports, ensuring the report quality and timely delivery
- Share insights through knowledge sharing sessions or contribute to professional publications
- Consulting Projects Delivery
- Supports large-scale consulting projects
- Independently manage smaller consulting projects
- Contribute to reward solution projects through continuous professional development
- Apply industry and compensation expertise to deliver tailored client solutions
- Meet chargeable hours targets
- Proactively identify client needs to generate new business opportunities
The Requirements
An ideal candidate should combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and client engagement skills. He/She should meet the following criteria:
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, such as:
Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Data Science or Applied Analytics
Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master’s in HR, Economics, or Analytics) are a plus
Professional Experience
Minimum 3~5 years of relevant work experience in human resources, data analysis, Compensation &Benefits, Survey Research, Management Consulting or a related field
Technical & Analytical Skills
Solid understanding of statistical methods, data analysis, data interpretation, insight generation, and presentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Python and other data analysis programs
Ability to produce high-quality written deliverables, including business reports or proposals
Strong attention to details and accuracy in data handling and analysis
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Ability to present ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively
Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a collaborative mindset
Strong interest in building a long-term career in the consulting profession
Resilience & Mindset
Demonstrate a positive and solution-oriented mindset, especially when facing setbacks or ambiguity
Able to quick recover from challenges and maintain focus under pressure
