What You Will Get To Do:   

       

We are seeking an accomplished executive to serve as Managing Director and Country Head of SS&C Administration Services Luxembourg S.A. (SS&C ASL). This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance, regulatory standing, financial results, and long-term growth of SS&C's Luxembourg fund administration business.

As Country Head, you will lead one of SS&C's most important European jurisdictions, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, Conducting Officers, regional and global leadership teams, regulators, and key industry stakeholders to strengthen SS&C's market position and reputation in Luxembourg and across Europe. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to -day activities of the business including client service delivery; supporting brand and business growth and implementing the business strategies. 

The successful candidate will be appointed as a Director of the Board of SS&C Administration Services Luxembourg S.A., subject to CSSF approval, and will serve as a member of the GIDS European Executive Committee.

  • Ensure high service levels

  • Champion transformation initiatives, process automation, and the execution of regional operating models

  • Strengthen the company brand within the industry through participation in industry events and forums. 

  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.

  • Be a thought leader on regulatory, market and industry developments who can translate client concerns / interests into SS&C solutions – ensure compliance

  • Partner with the Conducting Officers, Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Governance to maintain a robust control environment

  • Effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of the company with group colleagues, shareholder representatives, partners, regulators and industry stakeholders

  • Deliver against financial targets  -revenue and cost

  • Lead and develop a high-performing local Management Team, fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and talent development.

  • Foster a culture of performance excellence, professionalism, accountability and client satisfaction

  • Maintain executive level relationships with clients and strategic partners

What You Will Bring:

  • 15 years senior leadership experience in asset management or financial services management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  Other European languages are an added value.  

  • Strong public speaking and presentation capabilities

  • Deep knowledge of Luxembourg fund administration and regulation

  • Collaborative in approach with strong emphasis on delivery and execution

  • Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making abilities, strong commercial acumen and growth orientation

  • Flexible person with ability to balance competing priorities against operational needs and regulatory rigor while maintaining calm persona.

  • Experience engaging with regulators, boards, executive committees, and senior client stakeholders.
