The IB team advises on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), capital raises, restructurings and special situations. Through delivering bespoke solutions to every transaction, the IB team has direct exposure to firm leadership and clients.

The Managing Director, Capital Advisory role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to assume a wide range of responsibilities and make a significant impact. This Managing Director would become the fourth senior member of Portage Point's growing Capital Advisory team, a key addition as the IB team scales its  IB practice and extends the firm's capital solutions to its clients. The Managing Director will report directly to the Head of Investment Banking and be responsible for developing new and existing client relationships, leading complex capital raising engagements (including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations, growth capital and liquidity financings) and ensuring every engagement is delivered with the highest quality and impact. This person will lead key initiatives, manage discrete workstreams and work closely with senior leaders.
