Position Responsibilities:

• 参与管理公司的私募股权基金投资组合, 进行私募股权基金相关产品的配置和投资, 并达到个人年度投资配置目标和年度投资收益目标.

• 发掘各类私募股权基金投资机会(包括基金一手份额投资，基金二手份额和直投/跟投机会), 并对项目进行尽职调查, 价值分析, 形成投资报告, 上报公司投资决策委员会获得审批通过，并进行投资实施

• 建立完善投资分析模型, 对已投私募股权基金进行阶段性回顾，分析管理人的业绩和估值,  并跟踪管理基金已投项目。

• 撰写私募股权基金市场回顾和分析, 为内部其它相关部门支持和提供市场信息， 包括私募股权基金市场分析及提供研究观点等。　

• 拓展和维护交易对手范围及发展更多业务合作关系，建立储备项目池。

• 能及时有效地配合完成私募股权业务相关的投后管理事宜，如监管报备材料和日常投后工作中的月度、季度和年度监管报告季度及季末偿二代表格和股权系统的填写等

• 能及时有效地完成其它相关产品和投资事宜.

Required Qualifications:

• 良好的教育背景，毕业于国内外知名院校
• 良好的金融及投资专业技能及知识
• 很强的数据分析能力
• 5年或以上私募股权基金投资相关经验
• 掌握私募股权基金的募集、投资、投后管理和退出等流程,
• 熟悉监管相关法规和政策,了解国内资本市场 
• 工作积极主动， 良好的沟通技能和团队协作精神
• 英文：读写流利
