About the role
As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you’ll support the Communications Hub in delivering high-impact direct marketing and customer journey programs. You’ll develop and execute communication strategies across projects, products, services, compliance and customer education initiatives - managing campaigns end-to-end from briefing and copywriting through to implementation, optimisation and reporting. With a strong customer focus, you’ll leverage automated member journeys and direct marketing to drive sustainable growth, strengthen retention and deliver measurable outcomes aligned to our strategic goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of the direct marketing and customer journeys program, including lifecycle campaign creation, execution and optimisation.
- Supporting internal stakeholders to deliver timely, member-centric communications aligned to business needs.
- Ensuring campaigns are measurable, with clear targets, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring consistent brand tone of voice is maintained across all touchpoints, including compliance and remediation communications.
- Utilising direct marketing platforms to build and send Electronic Direct Mails (eDMs) that adhere to best practice standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with data teams and analysts to refine segmentation and targeting, while proactively managing risk and driving best practice.
About you
To be successful in this role, you are a proactive, detail-oriented operator who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, a customer-first mindset and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
We also seek:
- Strong copywriting and editing capability
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Campaign planning, execution and performance reporting
- Ability to interpret data and apply segmentation insights
Candidates who have previous demonstrable experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Basic HTML skills and an understanding of database concepts are preferred.
