Join a dynamic Campaign Management Team supporting Business Banking acquisition marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns across digital, email, awareness, offer-based, and branch promotional channels while partnering closely with marketing, creative, product, legal, and compliance teams.

As a Marketing Delivery Senior Associate in the Campaign Management Team, you will coordinate and execute marketing campaigns from concept through delivery, helping ensure programs are aligned to strategy, timelines, budgets, and customer experience goals. You will collaborate with internal partners and agencies to develop creative assets, support campaign measurement and reporting frameworks, and maintain strong executional controls. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys managing multiple initiatives, solving problems, and contributing to campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with strategic partners to design and implement Business Banking acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to develop creative versions tailored to each program.
  • Support campaign delivery across digital, email, awareness, offer-based, and branch promotional channels.
  • Help ensure campaigns are executed in alignment with strategy, timelines, budget expectations, and business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong control environment by reviewing final creative outputs and executional elements for quality and accuracy.
  • Partner with marketing managers to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and support campaign strategy development.
  • Contribute to measurement and reporting frameworks that help evaluate campaign performance.
  • Optimize direct response marketing campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies, and reduce costs.
  • Prioritize the end-to-end customer experience and help ensure flawless execution of campaign details.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners, including product, marketing strategy, segment, branch, creative, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  •  2+ years of experience in email, digital marketing, or related marketing campaign execution.
  • Working knowledge of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with paid display, email, website creative, or direct response campaign execution.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on with campaign execution details.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and control standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with internal and external partners.
  • Positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting acquisition marketing campaigns in financial services, Business Banking, or a regulated environment.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, creative, product, or marketing strategy partners.
  • Familiarity with campaign measurement, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Comfort working with agencies or cross-functional teams to deliver campaign assets and approvals.
