Build the marketing engine behind a fast-growing solutions business at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and shape how advisers discover, evaluate, and adopt model portfolios, translating investment insights into clear, compelling narratives that drive engagement and measurable growth. You’ll work at the intersection of product, investment, sales, and digital to bring campaigns to life in the moments that matter.
As a Senior Models Marketing Manager in J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will lead end-to-end marketing for our model portfolio offering, from positioning and messaging to go-to-market planning and advisor-facing content. You will develop integrated campaigns that help advisers understand what the models are, how they are used in practice, and why they fit specific client objectives. You will partner closely with distribution marketing strategy and the investment and product teams to translate portfolio construction, process, and updates into marketing that is accurate, differentiated, and easy to act on. You will track results, iterate quickly, and continually raise the bar for how we show up across advisor platforms and channels.
Job responsibilities
- Own US models marketing strategy and annual plan to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption
- Define positioning and messaging for flagship lineups and key use cases
- Lead go-to-market for launches, enhancements, and major portfolio updates, in close partnership with distribution marketing strategy, product, investment, legal, and sales
- Translate investment process, portfolio construction, and rebalancing into clear advisor narratives and tools
- Produce core content (playbooks, one-pagers, pitch materials, FAQs) that improves advisor usability
- Optimize digital journeys across web, email, and platforms through testing and iteration
- Enable sales with toolkits, training, field feedback loops, and implementation guidance
- Build education, thought leadership, and practitioner content using firmwide resources and centers of excellence
- Track competitive landscape and advisor needs to sharpen differentiation and remove adoption friction
- Report performance with robust measurement, dashboards, and data discipline; share insights and actions with stakeholders
- Present at QBRs and participate in weekly sales meetings to align priorities and accelerate execution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience in asset management, wealth, product, or solutions marketing
- Demonstrate success marketing multi-asset solutions or model portfolios to financial advisers and intermediaries
- Translate complex investment topics into clear, compliant, advisor- and client-friendly messaging
- Lead integrated go-to-market execution with distribution marketing strategy and cross functional stakeholders across product, investment, sales, digital, legal, and risk partners
- Create content that supports an advisor’s day-to-day workflow, including practical implementation tools
- Apply data and analytics to manage campaigns, measure funnel performance, and optimize outcomes
- Communicate with executive presence through strong writing, editing, and narrative development
- Manage multiple priorities with disciplined program management, stakeholder alignment, and attention to detail
- Uphold high standards for accuracy, process rigor, and collaboration in a regulated environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bring experience with advisor platforms and model distribution ecosystems
- Show a track record of launching new investment solutions or scaling an established lineup through campaigns and enablement
- Use competitive positioning tools, including message testing and differentiation frameworks
- Apply working knowledge of portfolio construction, risk profiles, and rebalancing practices for model portfolios
- Partner effectively with sales leadership and field teams to drive measurable adoption
- Improve digital journeys (site content, email programs, lead nurturing) through testing and analytics
- Manage agencies and vendors across creative, content, and research workstreams
