Mortgage Product Development Manager

We're hiring a Product Development Manager to own that shelf end-to-end: the lender relationships behind it, the products on it, and the internal knowledge base that lets any LO originate any loan from anywhere, at any time.

This role reports directly to our EVP of National Production, who sits on our executive team. We're a small company of operators — this is a hands-on IC role with real ownership and exec visibility. If you're looking for a seat where you manage a team and delegate the work, this isn't it.
