We are currently offering opportunities for you to build a foundation for a successful career in Corporate Functions. Build broad exposure to the functions that enable a well-governed and sustainable bank, such as Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Planning and transformation-related teams. Assignments will depend on business needs and may involve analysis, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.

The calibre we are looking for

• Mature, discreet and dependable, with strong professional judgement.
• Organised and able to manage details while understanding the broader business purpose.
• Clear written and verbal communication with confidence engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Strong integrity, control awareness and willingness to challenge constructively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Japanese language capability would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in developing a career in banking and finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, learning agility and a can-do attitude.
