We are currently offering opportunities for you to build a foundation for a successful career in Global Operations. Functions. Gain exposure to the operational backbone of the bank, including deposits and payments, global markets operations, business management and process improvement. The role is suited to candidates who enjoy combining analytical thinking, technology and disciplined execution.

The calibre we are looking for

• Process-oriented, methodical and highly attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and structured problem-solving.
• Strong sense of accountability, follow-through and operational risk awareness.
• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate across business and technology teams.
• Curious about automation, digitalisation and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience.
• Business analytics, information systems, engineering, finance, statistics, data science or related discipline.
• Experience in data analysis, technology transformation, operations, risk or project work is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Excel and confidence learning new systems and tools.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in developing a career in banking and finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, learning agility and a can-do attitude.
