Job Description

1. Team Leader – Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Reports to: Manager

• Role Summary: Lead and manage end-to-end P2P operations and team performance across assigned entities, ensuring timely closing, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvements.

• Key Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field; 5+ years of AP + AR in an SSC, regional hub, or commodity trading environment; at least 1 year of team leadership experience.

2. Accountant – Order-to-Cash (OTC / Receivables) (2 headcounts)

• Reports to: Team Leader 

• Role Summary: Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections, and reconcile accounts across multiple entities.

• Key Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 3+ years of related accounting experience (commodity trading or public accounting experience is a plus).

3. Junior Accountant – Record-to-Report (R2R)

• Reports to: Team Leader

• Role Summary: Execute daily bank and Forex transactions accurately across multiple entities while ensuring strict adherence to month-end deadlines.

• Key Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (international/global hub experience is a plus).

• Working Style: Ability to handle tight deadlines, adapt quickly, and thrive under pressure (flexibility to support holiday coverage if required for AR).

Additional Information

• Strong accounting knowledge; proficiency in MS Office; experience with SunSystem, Oracle, iRely, or Power BI is preferred.
