NOC Analyst II

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a NOC Analyst II to join our ever-evolving Global Network Operations Center team and help ensure the reliability and availability of ACTIVE Network production services in a 24x7 environment.

What you’ll own

• Monitor production applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, payment services, networks, SSL/TLS certificates and third-party dependencies.
• Investigate and validate alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, assess service impact and determine the appropriate response and escalation path.
• Coordinate operational incidents through resolution, engaging technical teams, service owners and third-party vendors when required.
• Maintain accurate incident records and provide clear, timely incident notifications, status updates, restoration notices and shift handovers.
• Perform service checks, maintenance monitoring and post-change validation, while contributing to improvements in runbooks, monitoring coverage and shift operations.

What you’ll bring

• Experience supporting production services in a NOC, technical operations or similar 24x7 environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to independently handle standard and moderately complex operational events.
• Experience with application, infrastructure, cloud, network or service monitoring and incident management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear incident updates and coordinate across technical and business teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities, follow escalation procedures and maintain accurate operational documentation.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience supporting payment platforms, cloud services or other high-availability, customer-facing production environments.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates, network fundamentals and third-party service dependencies.
• A continuous-improvement mindset, with experience contributing to runbooks, monitoring processes or operational practices.
