We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Office Manager to join our Thailand Representative Office team. This role is located in Thailand (Bangkok).
BNY is seeking a highly organized and proactive Representative Office Manager to support the Chief Representative in the day-to-day operations of our Bangkok office. This individual contributor role ensures smooth office administration, reliable visitor coordination, and adherence to BNY’s policies and procedures—while embodying BNY’s Strategic Pillars and Principles.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the Chief Representative with daily operations and ensure compliance with BNY policies, procedures, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Manage office administration with minimal direction, including facilities coordination, supplies, vendor management, and service reliability.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records (administrative and accounting documentation) with appropriate controls and timely updates.
- Assist implementation and communication of BNY policies, standards, and processes; track completion of required routines.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support (calendar, travel coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, document management).
- Coordinate logistics for fly-in visitors & records keeping and internal partners; ensure professional onsite experience and meeting readiness.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers; triage and resolve issues promptly.
- Support basic risk and compliance routines (e.g., record-keeping, attestations, documentation updates).
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3–5+ years of office administration or operations support experience, ideally in professional services or financial services.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills; high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction; exercises sound judgment and discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools; ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Service-oriented mindset; professionalism handling sensitive or confidential information.
