Job Description
THIS ROLE
A review position responsible for validating extracted/ collected data and ensuring quality standards. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead preparation of data extraction while maintaining high quality standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You’ll review and validate extracted and collected data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity while maintaining compliance with established procedures, client requirements, and quality standards.
- You’ll perform and oversee ETL activities, prepare and deliver client reporting within agreed SLAs, review dashboard and report accuracy, and support complex data and transaction analysis.
- You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve queries, support onboarding activities, communicate technical resolutions, and coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and workload planning.
- You’ll drive continuous improvement by documenting exceptions, preparing error reports, enhancing extraction processes, reviewing workflows and controls, and contributing to the development of new reporting solutions.
- You’ll provide technical guidance to preparers, support cross-functional collaboration, maintain accurate timesheets and documentation, participate in training initiatives, and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in data analysis, including exposure to Tableau, Power BI, ETL processes (SQL or Snowflake), and Macro/VBA.
- You have strong expertise in data extraction and transformation, including web forms, unstructured data sources, MS SQL/Data Warehouse concepts (joins, unions, group by), and data visualization best practices.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, maintain data accuracy, and support high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions.
- You possess excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and multitasking skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities, articulate operational risks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- You are a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative professional with a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and learning client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
