Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to high-net-worth clients in the Treasures segment of the Consumer Banking Group
• Assist clients with a wide range of banking and financial services, including account management, investment advisory, and wealth planning
• Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their banking experience
• Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Participate in client events and outreach activities to build strong relationships and foster client loyalty

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
