Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Objective

To perform and provide quality back office processing of Equity and structured investment products, notes, and bonds services to customers in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed with Business Units (BUs) and external service providers, while strictly following procedures specified in the Department Operation Manual and requirements mandated by regulatory bodies.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Perform trade checking, life cycle events monitoring, and settlement-related activities.
• Handle Mark to Market pricing uploads and fluctuation reviews.
• Ensure all transactions are properly authorized before processing, meet the requirements stipulated in the Operation Manual, and report any problems to the supervisor immediately.
• Understand bank policies on information protection, security control, and regulatory compliance, and report any problems and exceptions to the supervisor immediately.
• Cooperate with supervisors and team members on team building to achieve team goals.
• Accept and fulfill additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
