Operations Assistant Internship

Job Description

You will be offered an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple activities while contributing to the smooth execution of operational processes. Interns will be eligible for course credit.

 

What You'll be doing:

• Provide daily operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with data vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer requests and operational issues.
• Identify and escalate operational issues, while proactively driving solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

What you'll need to bring to the team:

• High school diploma, general education qualification, or equivalent.
• With a good understanding and appreciation of operational processes.
