Title: Senior Business Analyst - Digital 

Location: Hyderabad || Hybrid

What You Will Get to Do: 

The Senior Business Analyst - Digital is a senior individual contributor who leads business analysis across our digital portfolio, spanning web, mobile, and back-end integrations. Partnering with product owners, engineering, design and business stakeholders, this role owns complex requirements end-to-end and uplifts BA practice across the digital team. 

  • Lead requirements discovery and analysis for large or complex digital initiatives, from problem framing through to post-release measurement 

  • Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and journey maps that guide digital design, development and testing 

  • Shape requirements for customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user needs 

  • Define requirements for API-driven integrations between digital channels and back-end services, and review API contracts to confirm alignment with business and user needs 

  • Partner with product owners, UX/UI and engineering leads to shape solutions, challenge scope, and ensure decisions are informed by data, user insight and technical feasibility 

  • Support test planning, defect triage and UAT coordination for major digital releases 

  • Use digital data and analytics (usage, funnel, conversion, performance) to inform prioritisation and measure release impact 

  • Understand and meet the compliance obligations of the role, and raise any risk or compliance concerns to management 

 

What You Will Bring:  

• Tertiary qualification in business, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience 

• 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record delivering complex digital initiatives 

• Demonstrated experience leading BA work on digital programs across web and mobile channels 

• Working knowledge of digital privacy, security and accessibility considerations, and how they shape requirements and design 

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to a clear solution 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders 

• Experience working in agile delivery environments alongside product, design and engineering teams 

• Financial services, wealth, superannuation or digital experience is highly desirable 

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and the Microsoft Office suite
