Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Payment and Settlement Officer for a junior-level position.

Your responsibilities

• Processing payments in accordance with proper instructions received from clients and/or authorised signatories
• Processing trade settlements in accordance with proper instructions received from clients and/or authorised signatories
• Reconciling company bank accounts, client cash accounts and securities accounts
• Communicating with clients and third parties
• Performing general office administration tasks
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Head of Business Operations and SQFSM management
• Providing ad hoc support to the company’s related parties

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payment processing is an asset
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory; other languages are an asset.

Enjoy flexible working hours, with the possibility of starting your day as early as 7:30 a.m. and finishing at 2:30 p.m.
