As the Head of Latin America Treasury Services Commercialization within Global Payments, you will lead the regional go-to-market strategy for J.P. Morgan's Treasury Services solutions across Latin America. You will work with global, regional, product, sales, marketing, digital, implementation, and country partners to adapt global priorities into practical commercial strategies that drive market impact, client adoption, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will define regional playbooks, support new product launches and solution refreshes, identify cross-product opportunities, and create repeatable commercialization processes across markets. The ideal candidate brings strategic judgment, strong product and market fluency, executive presence, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Latin America Treasury Services commercialization across payments, liquidity, accounts, cross-currency and FX, receivables, and digital connectivity capabilities

  • Translate global Treasury Services value propositions into regional and country-specific go-to-market strategies, playbooks, sales enablement materials, and launch plans

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Implementation, Technology, country, and segment leads to align priorities and execute commercial initiatives

  • Identify client personas, segment priorities, industry themes, and cross-product opportunities across Latin America

  • Build repeatable commercialization processes for launches, solution refreshes, readiness tracking, lifecycle management, and post-launch adoption

  • Incorporate client, sales, product specialist, and implementation feedback into positioning, roadmap priorities, and investment planning

  • Define metrics and OKRs to track commercialization effectiveness, adoption, pipeline conversion, launch success, and client impact

  • Lead senior management updates, stakeholder routines, strategic planning deliverables, and special projects for the TS Commercialization leadership team

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • 8+ years of experience in payments, treasury services, transaction banking, commercialization, product strategy, sales strategy, management consulting, or related strategic roles

  • Strong understanding of the payments and treasury services landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, client needs, and emerging technologies

  • Proven ability to develop commercial strategies across multiple products, markets, client segments, and stakeholder groups

  • Strong influencing and partnership skills, with experience operating effectively in a complex, matrixed organization

  • Executive presence, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior management

  • Ability to translate product capabilities into client value propositions, sales narratives, playbooks, and execution plans

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, client feedback, and market insights to drive decisions

  • Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment

 

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience working across Latin America markets or supporting multinational clients with regional treasury needs

  • Experience in a global financial institution, fintech, payments company, or management consulting environment

  • Track record of building commercial, go-to-market, product launch, or sales enablement frameworks

  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
