This is an opportunity to help shape how JPMorganChase Payments brings Trade & Working Capital solutions to market globally. You and the team will help activate the global commercialization function, bringing together the full breadth and depth of our capabilities to define and execute a clear segment/industry strategy and commercialization playbook.
As the Commercialization Lead for Trade & Working Capital within Global Payments, you will drive the go-to-market strategy for the full suite of Trade & Working Capital solutions across the global Commercial and Investment Bank customer base. In this newly created role, you will maximize market impact, client adoption, and revenue growth through both new commercial launches and refreshes of existing solutions. You will cultivate strong connectivity with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and other partners critical to commercial success. Ultimately, you will help define and articulate points of differentiation for JPMorganChase Payments and Trade & Working Capital offerings—tailored to specific markets, segments, and client needs—and partner with Product to shape enhancements that strengthen our commercial positioning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize strategic initiatives to drive market impact, client adoption and revenue growth
- Work closely with regional, product and sales leads to design commercialization strategies and playbooks for the trade product suite that address the unique needs, opportunities, and competitive trends of each regional market / audience, ensuring alignment with the global Trade & Working Capital value proposition while maximizing local impact
- Champion the integration of client and sales organization feedback into product roadmap and investment planning processes, ensuring commercialization efforts are client-centric and aligned with business growth objectives
- Serve as a key partner to Product, Marketing and Sales teams to translate business priorities into comprehensive strategic roadmaps and identify areas of opportunity
- Continuously re-evaluate our competitive positioning vs. established and emerging players and business models
- Build and maintain a country/market level and pan-region inventory of available offerings; augment with strategic overlay of industry solutions, segment bundles and proactively constructed solutions for different use cases
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Strong understanding of the Payments and Trade & Working Capital landscape, including market trends and competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies
- Strong executive presence, comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
- Strong ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written/visual). Able to tell a compelling story both to clients and internal stakeholders
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and partnership mindset
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, flexible / adaptable to changing environment and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a matrixed organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Track record of sales, business development or product launch / ramp go-to-market experience
