As a Executive Director, North America Treasury Services Commercialization, you will lead critical commercialization workstreams through the development of segment-led solution packaging, field-ready enablement, and adoption motions that delight customers. In this role, you will report to the Head of North America TS Commercialization and partner closely across Sales, Product, PSS, Channels/Digital, Marketing, Business Transformation and Risk/Controls. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Drive execution of the NA TS Commercialization commercial roadmap (segment plays, solution packaging, launch/adoption plans) and deliver measurable market impact, client adoption, and business outcomes in partnership with Sales, Product, PSS, Channels/Digital, Marketing, and Business transformation
  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets(applied to commercialization strategy, execution, controls, and impact targets)
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth (including lifecycle-based commercialization for new launches vs. mature offerings)
  • Drive cross-product solutioning and packaging: identify client/segment needs ("what to build") and partner with product-enablement experts to make solutions workable ("how to make it workable"), including feasibility and readiness considerations
  • Establish and scale a segment-led Voice of Client motion (captured thorough Sales routines), consolidate insight across TS, and ensure feedback translates into clear commercialization and product actions 
  • Create and scale Sales-facing enablement (playbooks, talk-tracks, training content) and embed distribution into existing Sales Success/Sales enablement infrastructure 
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives (including commercialization performance, adoption, and continuous improvement of plays/solutions)
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives (including commercial performance, adoption, and continuous improvement of plays/solutions)
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation(including competitive positioning implications for TS solutions)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications and leading B2B go-to-market/commercialization for complex platforms 
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics(including applying lifecycle discipline to launches vs. mature offerings)
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management as well as commercialization activities including positioning, enablement, launch mechanics, and adoption acceleration
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution in a matrixed organization across Sales, Product, PSS, Channels/Digital, Marketing, and Risk/controls
  • Demonstrated experience developing segment/industry strategies and packaging solutions that drive adoption and business outcomes 
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders and aligning stakeholders on a clear commercial plan 
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to define success metrics/OKRs and use data to prioritize initiatives and demonstrate incremental impact
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Experience in transaction banking, payments, treasury services, or fintech
  • Experience building or scaling commercialization motions (solution packaging, enablement, adoption acceleration) in a matrixed environment
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales Success / Sales Enablement teams to drive adoption at scale
  • Experience with pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and value articulation for bundled/cross-product solutions
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments with strong risk and control disciplines
