About the Role

As a Pension Administrator (Hub Specialist), you will play an important role in delivering high-quality administration and customer service to members, clients and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration experience, sound computer skills and a keen eye for detail who is looking to build a long-term career in financial services.
Working within a supportive team environment, you'll be responsible for processing pension administration activities accurately and within agreed service standards, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
 
Please note this is a fixed term opportunity until February 2027 with strong potential for ongoing work subject to individual performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete pension administration tasks accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Process, review and authorise transactions while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional service to members, funds and internal stakeholders including inbound and outbound telephone calls.
  • Investigate and respond to enquiries and requests for information within required timeframes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support operational teams with administration processing and workload management as required
  • Assist with system testing, reporting activities and business projects when needed
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and fund requirements at all times

About You

  • A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of superannuation and pension administration
  • RG146 (Superannuation) qualification completed or willingness to obtain within 12 months
