What's the role?
A Personal Banking Advisor at Westpac is a professional who assists customers with their banking needs, offering tailored advice and solutions. They help with tasks like opening accounts, managing finances, and providing guidance on Westpac's products and services. Their role is customer-focused, aiming to build strong relationships and ensure a positive banking experience.
This is a part-time position working 35 hours per week, spread out over 5 days, Monday to Friday 8:45am – 4.15pm.
What do I need?
- Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with variety in daily tasks.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
- Strong communication skills and excellent time management.
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Shifts will be 35 hours across Monday to Friday
