What you'll do
As a People Engagement Manager in Regnology, you’ll shape and drive our learning and engagement strategy in line with our company’s evolving needs.
Partnering closely with stakeholders, you’ll ensure our people have the tools, skills, and environment to grow and thrive. From designing impactful training to steering company-wide engagement initiatives, you’ll play a key role in supporting our culture of continuous improvement.
Design and adapt the learning strategy based on organizational priorities
Gather and analyse learning needs from internal stakeholders
Oversee training registration processes and manage the learning budget
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning tools and identify ways to boost adoption
Deliver internal training and learning sessions when relevant
Lead the company-wide engagement management program
Plan and run engagement surveys and related debriefing workshops
Develop actionable plans based on survey insights
Track progress and follow up on the implementation of engagement initiatives

4+ years of experience in Learning & Development activities in an international environment
Ability to assess training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions
Strong skills in designing and delivering learning programs
Experience with internal stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with engagement initiatives (e.g. surveys, debriefs, action planning)
Project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Facilitation and communication abilities
Proactive, people-focused, and improvement-oriented
Fluent in English
Good command of Microsoft Office
AI usability capabilities
