Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • You will participate in the research, design, development, integration, testing and deployment of software application.
  • You will need to design, develop and support RESTful APIs and system integration.
  • You will be conducting technical analysis and design of application module & database.
  • You will need to ensure developed modules comply with established architecture standards, coding standards and quality requirement.
  • You will be participating in client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, solution reviews and technical workshops to support project delivery and system integration.
  • This role will be reporting to the Head of software development.

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the team

  • Must possess a Degree / Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent. Seniority will be commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development, system design and application support.
  • Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery and Angular.
  • Strong proficiency in back-end development using PHP and MySQL. Knowledge or experience in C# and .NET technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing and supporting RESTful APIs using XML/JSON.
  • Familiarity with AWS services is also required.
  • Experience with CodeIgniter, and MVC architecture
  • Good understanding of Agile, SCRUM, SDLC and software design concepts.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
