What You Get to Do:
The Platform Success Manager will be responsible for guiding our clients on a day-to-day basis on all things Sequoia, including but not limited to: benefits, systems and HRIS. You will:
Serve as the primary day-to-day guide for clients on all Sequoia-related topics, including benefits, systems, and HRIS.
Educate clients on Sequoia’s programs and tools to help them maximize their offerings.
Drive adoption of Sequoia’s Compensation Operating System (Comp OS) through seamless platform configuration and ongoing support.
Provide consulting, training, and project management to ensure client success and engagement.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Act as a trusted advisor in a client-facing role, fostering strong relationships and satisfaction.
Collaborate within a fast-paced, action-oriented, and results-driven team committed to industry leadership.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in SaaS, client service or benefits/comp platforms.
Proven project management skills, driving adoption, and implementation.
Background in startup or fast-paced environments, adaptable to scaling teams.
Strong technical aptitude with experience in HR Tech/SaaS platforms
Ability to communicate and work across client organizations (HR, CEO, CFO)
Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
Detail and process-oriented
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines
Bonus: Experience in compensation modeling, merit planning, and pay transparency.
