Overview
You will be will be responsible for supporting and managing specialized lending transactions across their lifecycle, including portfolio management, credit review, transaction closing management, and compliance activities.
What you'll be doing
The key responsabilities will be:
- Manage specialized lending transactions, covering administrative, documentary, lending, and rating processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal standards
- Perform compliance checks, transaction closing management
- Conduct annual credit reviews and support portfolio monitoring activities for lending transaction
- Assess conflicts of interest and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements
- Review credit agreements, financing documentation, guarantees, and transaction-related information
- Collaborate with Structured Finance teams and internal and external stakeholders to support transaction execution and portfolio management
- Regular reporting internally to senior management, credit/risk department on potential upcoming transactions/ credit applications
- Respond to enquiries from operations and front-office teams and support a seamless client experience.
Who we are looking for
Ideal candidate shall possess the following:
- 4-5 yrs of relevant experience in banking, consulting, or accounting firms. Credit background preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
- Proven experience in specialized lending and structured financing transactions
- Hands-on experience conducting credit assessment, annual credit review, and applying Basel regulatory framework
- Knowledge of AML requirements, KYC standards, conflict of interest management, and banking compliance regulations
- Financial analytical skills, including financial statement analysis, reclassification, and EVA-based metrics
- Understanding of domestic and international guarantee structures and loan documentation
- Ability to review and interpret credit agreements, financial documents, and portfolio information
- Preferred: Experience in syndicated lending and international banking operations.
