As a Principal Technical Program Manager Model & Analytics in Corporate Sector, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that will impact experiences for multiple groups across the firm, including clients, employees, and stakeholders. Your advanced analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks, while navigating through ambiguity and driving change. With demonstrated technical fluency, you will effectively manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals. Your exceptional communication and influencing abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development of new policies and processes, shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic technical program plans and roadmaps aligned to organizational goals, OKRs, and customer outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex technology programs across multiple workstreams, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budgets while addressing roadblocks and risks
  • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear delivery artifacts (e.g., requirements/PRDs, epics, milestones, acceptance criteria) and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to value, effort, and regulatory needs
  • Establish and run an effective operating cadence (standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews/demos, stakeholder office hours, production health checks), ensuring transparent delivery and fast issue resolution
  • Drive governance and executive engagement through steering committees, stakeholder newsletters/updates, quarterly planning, and structured escalation paths
  • Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Operations, Security, and Risk/Compliance to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned to firm standards and controls
  • Maintain program transparency through live dashboards (delivery health, adoption, operational metrics) and a decision log documenting key decisions and rationale
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and improving intake, prioritization, and delivery predictability
  • Support adoption and enablement by coordinating release readiness and creating/overseeing onboarding materials, user documentation, and production showcases
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning, dependency/risk synthesis, and executive-ready reporting, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements. 
  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and continuous improvement routines, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resources, budgets, timelines, and multi-team dependencies across concurrent workstreams/programs
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage credibly with engineering and architecture teams, guide trade-offs, and drive execution in modern technology environments
  • Advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, breaking down ambiguous business/technical objectives into structured plans with measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead through change and ambiguity, applying disciplined risk/issue management and controlled change practices in fast-moving environments
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills, building productive partnerships and driving alignment across senior sponsors, partners, and customer communities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting, governance facilitation, and decision-making support
  • Understanding of standard ML Model development life cycle and Ml flow concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.  
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.

  Technical fluency in:

  • Cloud: AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB/DAX, ECS), serverless, containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • CI/CD: Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Maven; infrastructure automation and release orchestration
  • Data: Databricks
  • Languages/tools: Python, SQL, Spark; collaboration tools (Confluence, Slack)
