We are currently hiring a Procurement & Facility Management Intern to support our Procurement & Facility Management team in project coordination, event execution, and administrative tasks. This internship offers you hands-on exposure to workplace projects, procurement activities, and corporate operations.
This internship opportunity is available from November onwards.
You can look forward to
- Assist in coordinating departmental projects and tracking project progress.
- Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project-related activities.
- Assist with purchase requests, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
- Support vendor coordination and follow up on procurement-related matters.
- Maintain procurement records and project documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
You come equipped with
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Event Management or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
