- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Coordinate with the Product Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery—standardize impact assessments, identify and escalate blockers, and ensure resource alignment.
- Lead design-to-delivery and change-management of new services and enhancements, enforcing the firm’s risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain visibility into business initiatives and client mandates to manage the Payments Operations change pipeline.
- Define and implement optimized operating models by mapping current processes, systems, and organizational structures, and pinpointing opportunities to improve customer experience, scalability, and resiliency.
- Develop strategic hypotheses and business cases, securing stakeholder buy-in for recommendations.
- Drive process and tool enhancements through proactive reengineering, increasing efficiency and resilience.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of Payments and the payment life cycle
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders to design and implement process improvements using core technology and digital tools
- Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills—able to influence peers and executives across functions
- Clear, confident communicator at all organizational levels
- Logical, structured problem-solver with disciplined planning and decision-making
- Solid understanding of controls, risk management, and compliance protocols
- Proven experience in product management or a related domain, with a track record of delivering results
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Operations experience dealing with large scale operations and transformation agendas
- Expertise in data analysis and manipulation to support hypothesis generation
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to clearly storyboard using PowerPoint is essential
- Self-starter who independently manages workload and delivers on commitments
- Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business

- Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule
