Overview
The Bank is currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant for our New York City Office. Temp to Hire arrangement can be considered.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk. Greet and assist associates, visitors, and clients.
- Serve as first line of communication between clients and bank while delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.
- Book conference rooms and order catering for meetings, assist with events setup.
- Distribute and process mail/FedEx shipping.
- Liaison with property management for office issues and maintenance.
- Order office and pantry supplies and keep the office and pantry organized.
- Assist new associates onboarding process and submit technology related requests for team.
- Issue building access badges for new employees and update seating chart, approve timesheets on behalf of managers biweekly.
- Assist with printing, scanning, editing of documents in Word and Excel.
- Perform Ad hoc projects asssinged and overflow coverage for administrative assistant.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years plus related experience and/or training; Bachelor degree is preferred or equivalent years of experience in a corporate environment working with upper level management.
- Well organized, detail oriented and resourceful.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast paced and hard working environment.
- Interpersonal and professional manner in dealing with clients and employees.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent at time management and conflict management.
- Has flexibility in work schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point preferred.

Compensation
