We give you a world of potential

Join a global organisation where your expertise will have a meaningful impact. As part of our Global Finance team, you will play an important role in supporting the Group Chief Financial Officer and the broader Computershare Group, working within a collaborative and high-performing finance function that spans multiple regions and markets.

This opportunity will see you partnering with both local and global colleagues, gaining exposure to an international business environment while contributing to the delivery of accurate financial reporting and strong financial governance. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, providing a unique opportunity to broaden your experience and expand your professional network across a truly global organisation.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working to critical deadlines, and understands the value that individual contributions make to collective success. In return, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, develop your skills, and play a key role in supporting the financial performance of a leading global business.

A role you will love

As a Regional Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial integrity and reporting obligations of our ANZ business. Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will contribute to the delivery of the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to Group while helping to maintain the highest standards of financial governance.

In this varied role, you will prepare local statutory financial statements and regulatory reports for ANZ legal entities, ensuring all reporting requirements are met within strict deadlines. Your strong attention to detail and understanding of financial reporting requirements will be essential in delivering accurate, compliant, and insightful financial information that supports business decision-making.

You will also be a trusted partner throughout the audit process, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide supporting documentation, explain accounting treatments, and ensure all audit requirements are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Beyond reporting, you will play an important role in strengthening financial controls and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with process improvement and stakeholder collaboration, while contributing to the success of a global organisation.

What will you bring to the role?

You will bring a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, along with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA/ACA, ACCA, or equivalent), either completed or well progressed. Supported by strong technical accounting knowledge, you have a solid understanding of financial reporting, compliance requirements, and accounting controls, enabling you to deliver accurate, high-quality financial information in a complex business environment.

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you build effective relationships across teams and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals. You are committed to continuous improvement, enjoy identifying opportunities to enhance processes and controls, and are confident using financial systems and technology to support efficient and effective reporting outcomes.
