About the team

You will be part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all, fun.

What you’ll own

• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth for assigned portfolio.

• Understand client needs and ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies.

• Prepare client-facing materials to support Relationship Management team in business reviews.

• Uncover cross-sell opportunities through customer research and data analysis.

• Plan and track account activity and performance via CRM tools.

• Collaboration with client success and implementation teams on cross-functional customer issues.

• Act as secondary contact with direct liaison with merchants and proactively coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution to merchant satisfaction.
• Coordination on all merchant requests, with monitoring to ensure completion within agreed service level.
• Other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in account management with commercial acumen

• At least 5 years of experience interacting and partnering with senior management

• Keen interest in payments and technology
