We’re seeking a Relationship Executive to join our Commercial Banking Queensland North team. Based in our Maroochydore Business Centre, you'll work with an experienced, high-performing team that is passionate about customers, connected to the Queensland market, and committed to supporting your success and wellbeing.

Do Work That Matters.

Manage a diverse commercial portfolio servicing clients in the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Gympie and Moreton Bay regions. Deliver solutions including working capital, business lending, asset finance, home and investment lending, and risk management to businesses with turnovers of $5M – $15M and lending needs from $1.5M – $5M.

What You will Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice
• Leverage your network and referral partners to identify and convert new-to-bank opportunities
• Fully understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions
• Lead deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex transactions
• Partner with specialists to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Represent CommBank across the region, building your professional profile and presence in industry and the community
   

What We Are Looking For

• Proven success growing a commercial banking portfolio and winning new business
• Strong commercial lending, credit and financial analysis skills
• Trusted relationship builder with customers, intermediaries and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of commercial client needs and banking solutions
• Strong local market presence, or the ability to build one quickly
• Collaborative, ambitious and driven to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
