Experience not required as new intake will be given adequate training
Be able to work with little or no supervision
Should be self-motivated and resilient
Possess good interpersonal relationship
Possess good communications skills with ability to convince people
Be good self-starter with entrepreneurial and competitive drive
Be able to appreciate performance related reward.
