The role is for a Business Development Account Executive/ Sales & Marketing Officer in Health & Benefits practice. You will be an integral part of a team that drives business development for Health and Benefits solution, in a quality and efficient manner to our prospects in Hong Kong.
Performance Objectives:
Business Development & Sales Support
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Support the sales pipeline by generating leads and arranging meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, pitch materials, and client submissions.
• Coordinate tender submissions, RFP responses, and business development projects.
• Support relationship-building activities with clients, insurance carriers, and business partners.
• Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts.
• Support management with strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Marketing & Brand Development
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and event channels.
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, client communications, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate seminars, webinars, conferences, client appreciation events, and industry networking activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Clients
• Communicate effectively with prospects and other H&B teams.
• Attend team or prospect meetings as appropriate and present knowledgeable and professional image of WTW.
• Ensure that clients’ business expectations are aligned with commitment at all times.
People
• Work effectively within the team dynamic.
• Recognize and communicate potential issues to team leader as appropriate; suggest viable solutions for improvement.

The Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Employee Benefits, or professional services.
• Experience organizing corporate events, seminars, or marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience of using a CRM system.
• Ability to build rapport and respond confidently to customer queries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi-task and be mindful of deadlines.
• Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on clients.
• Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
