As a Sales Strategy and Support Manager in Consumer Bank Field Readiness and Behaviors, you help us bring branch strategy to life through simple, effective tools and communications. We serve as the voice of more than 40,000 branch employees across a national footprint of approximately 5,000 branches, and you will help ensure their feedback is reflected in how we roll out products and processes. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to guide initiatives that support client engagement in branch, by phone, and through new technology. You will also help us strengthen a consistent controls and compliance approach so our teams can execute confidently.
Job responsibilities
- Shape branch behavior strategy for product and process rollouts
- Partner across lines of business to align priorities and execution plans
- Translate field feedback into clear opportunities, requirements, and solutions
- Design field-ready tools and resources (for example, scripts, tip sheets, talking points, and playbooks)
- Manage end-to-end delivery to the field in partnership with communications, learning, marketing, and legal, risk, controls, and compliance teams
- Maintain close relationships with field leaders and frontline teams to understand real-time pain points and successes
- Own and maintain an inventory of team resources and materials to support consistent adoption
- Strengthen and support an effective controls and compliance framework for initiatives and materials
- Analyze data and trends to identify, prioritize, and execute transformative improvements
- Communicate progress, decisions, and updates clearly to senior stakeholders and partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting branch teams, frontline sales enablement, or client engagement programs
- Experience partnering with legal, risk, controls, and compliance stakeholders on business initiatives
- Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with productivity tools and generative artificial intelligence tools (such as Copilot)
- Ability to use data and feedback to develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong written communication skills, including creating clear field-facing materials
- Strong verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under urgent timelines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in branch operations within a large retail banking network
- Experience in marketing, communications, or learning support for frontline audiences
- Experience creating and maintaining playbooks, scripts, and talk tracks for client engagement
- Experience managing content inventories, governance, and version control for field resources
- Familiarity with change management practices and measuring adoption outcomes
- Experience using structured employee feedback mechanisms (for example, surveys or listening sessions) to guide strategy
