The Role 

Lead and scale our SDR function across Asia. You’ll drive pipeline generation, coach a high-performing team, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute our GTM strategy.

Location: Singapore or Kuala Lumpur (hybrid/remote)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an SDR team (inbound/outbound)
  • Own pipeline and performance KPIs
  • Hire, onboard, and coach SDRs
  • Improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally on GTM execution
  • Implement tools, reporting, and scalable processes

Your profile

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SDR/BDR roles, 2+ years managing teams
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech
  • Strong track recording pipeline generation and team performance
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft
  • Familiar with data platforms (ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated environments
