Secured Loan Product Manager, Deposits & Secured Lending, Consumer Bankingnew

This is a product manager position with key objective to support Mortgage Products in 
development and execution of strategic agendas and new product initiatives on Mortgage 
acquisition and assets growth.
Develop and execute new product/pricing initiative to deliver the bank’s secured 
lending growth aspiration.
Coordinate and work closely with Sales, Credit and Operations to streamline the loan 
application and underwriting process for operational efficiency.
Provide the frontline a clear, relevant and timely product/program launch and 
necessary training supports.
Monitor, track and analyze sales performance and productivity, and take necessary 
actions to ensure a high-performing sales engine.
Constantly review, propose corrective actions and coordinate with key stakeholders to 
improve product/related process for better customer experience delivery.
Work with Marketing, Legal & Compliance for communications development and 
ensure that risks inherent in certain products are fully and clearly explained and all 
closures comply with regulatory requirement and Group policy.
