Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, FP&A – Commercial Finance will serve as a dedicated business partner to e.l.f. Beauty's Commercial team, providing analytical and financial support to drive smarter decision-making across Sales, Trade, and Commercial Operations. This individual will own the budgeting and forecasting processes for sales allowances and commercial operating expenses, support customer contract negotiations with financial modeling and scenario analysis, and contribute to promotional planning and retail expansion efforts. The role sits within the Corporate FP&A team at our Oakland, CA headquarters and is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with deep CPG experience and strong modeling skills to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
