Role Overview
This role sits within the Asset Operations team and is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the platform's digital assets — spanning new asset onboarding, post-listing maintenance, liquidity and risk monitoring, yield optimisation, and asset value management. Through cross-functional collaboration with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams, the role ensures assets operate securely, generate stable returns, and maintain strong platform visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Asset Onboarding & Maintenance
- Lead the evaluation, testing, and launch of new tokens and chain assets, including mainnet deployment, parameter configuration, fee adjustments, and network verification
- Continuously monitor asset performance and coordinate with Wallet, Security, and Finance teams to ensure fund security, sufficient positions, and stable operations
2. Post-Listing Asset Operations
- Manage ongoing operations and maintenance of listed assets, including contract upgrades, token rebranding, asset repricing, and announcement publishing
- Track ecosystem developments (mainnet upgrades, contract migrations, etc.), assess their potential impact on the platform, and develop response strategies
3. Risk Events & Incident Response
- Monitor, flag, and rapidly respond to asset-related risk events including network anomalies, price irregularities, contract issues, and position gaps
- Coordinate across Wallet, Security, and Finance teams to execute risk isolation and loss mitigation measures
- Lead post-incident reviews and process improvements; maintain and enhance emergency response mechanisms and SOPs
4. Process Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Develop and maintain SOPs covering asset onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and risk handling to improve overall execution efficiency
- Coordinate with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure project timelines and launch schedules are met
- Provide regular reporting on asset operations metrics and project progress; drive continuous process optimisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; background in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or related fields preferred; familiarity with traditional securities or relevant financial certifications is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in crypto asset operations or project management; solid understanding of major public chains, stablecoins, and RWA
- Deep understanding of user behaviour, marketing dynamics, and asset value logic within the crypto industry
- Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to independently analyse and report on key metrics such as trading volume, AUM, and yield
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills; proven ability to drive collaboration across technical, security, and finance teams
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written); able to conduct professional communication with overseas project teams
- Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving ability; genuine long-term passion and conviction for the crypto industry
