Overview

Client Service team supports Commercial Banking with focus on delivering efficient, responsive, and relationship-driven support to corporate clients throughout their banking journey. The function serves as a key link between clients, Relationship Managers, and internal banking teams to ensure seamless execution of banking services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as customer’s key contact point to initiate customer operational instructions.
  • Provide support to Business Unit and Relationship Managers on client management including daily enquiries, operational transactions and deal execution.
  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers.
  • Perform CDD/KYC and compliance related matters and collaborate with internal parties for account conduct monitoring
  • Assist the Customer and Relationship Managers regarding onboarding procedure on KYC and account opening documentations.
  • Fulfill internal monitoring requirements, including KYC review for accounts, daily / cross-border deposit report etc.
  • Collaborate with different parties to ensure timely transaction processing and delivery of customer-focused service to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance of internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any ad-hoc project as assigned

Qualifications

  • University degree with 5-8 years of experience in handling account opening and providing customer service to clients.
  • Prior experience of working in Private Equity, Commercial Banking and/or Cross Border Coverage will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player, self-starter and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to take ownership, challenges and constantly get exposure to new knowledge.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Comply with any conditions imposed by the HKMA and other regulatory bodies.
