Senior Associate – Broking, Natural Resourcesnew

• Client Facing and Market Broker in the Energy and Mining Team 
• Sitting in the Energy and Mining regional team in Singapore, supporting all the regional Asian offices
• Responsible for setting client strategy and delivering optimal outcomes
• Broking into Asian insurance and reinsurance markets, and working with global placement teams in London and Dubai
• Negotiating terms with market leaders, and completing full placements. 
• Negotiating wordings, clauses and technical coverage issues, and working with clients to explain 
• Structuring insurance/reinsurance placement programmes
• Developing broking strategies around client requirements
• Working with engineering, risk and analaytics and claims specialists in Asia

• At least 5 years relevant experience and qualifications
• A strong execution ability and management of time sensitive issues 
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should be highly motivated with good interpersonal skills.
• Independent and self-motivated individuals who work well in a team environment and who will consistently strive to deliver the best to WTW’s clients.
